What's included in a discovery session?
The Brand Stride discovery session is a 1 hour consultation session. During this hour, we'd love to get to know you, understand your goals, project deliverables and deadlines. We listen. We learn. We share.
How does your fee Structure Work?
At Brand Strides our package options are based on the specific needs of the project. Through collaboration we will define the scope of work, outlined in a contract. Prior to commencing, we require a minimum retainer fee, payable upfront.
Where are you based?
Brand Strides is based in the Northern Virginia area, however we enjoy working with clients nationwide. Our client base stretched from east coast to west coast.
What is your turnaround time?
While we take turnaround time into consideration, we value output and quality of the work we deliver to our clients. We will work hand-in-hand with you to establish realistic milestones for the project.
what market do we serve?
Our niche is to support small businesses, that cannot afford to hire a larger agency. There are no heavy retainer fees or multiple point of contacts. We will work with you on an hourly rate and scope of work tailored to your specific needs.
