This month, we dive into “B”- BUILDING STRONG CONNECTIONS:


I recently finished reading "Find Your People" by Jennie Allen, a guidebook emphasizing the importance of cultivating meaningful connections and community. Allen shares anecdotes and insights on identifying and nurturing genuine relationships that support personal growth and well-being. Through practical advice and spiritual wisdom, the book encourages readers to seek out authentic connections and find their tribe.


For small businesses, such as Brand Strides and our clients, "Find Your People" offers valuable insights into the power of community building and relationship cultivation. Small businesses can leverage this wisdom by emphasizing the importance of genuine connections to foster loyal customer bases and supportive networks. Implementing strategies from the book, such as creating spaces for meaningful interactions, hosting events, and engaging with customers authentically, can help small businesses establish a strong community around our brands. This fosters customer loyalty and provides opportunities for valuable feedback, word-of-mouth marketing, and collaborative growth within the business ecosystem.


In 2023, AI was a huge focus for marketers, which continues to be the case. However, personalization will take the spotlight in 2024 for marketers. While personalization is not new to marketers, I’m excited to see what transformation lies ahead for big and little brands.
